At Christ Church, we long for our children and youth to become mature, resilient, and courageous persons in Christ, who worshipfully love God and sacrificially love their neighbors.
We also take our baptismal vows seriously. At a child's baptism, the parents and godparents take vows on behalf of their children to raise them in the faith, but they aren't the only ones who make vows - the entire congregation makes a commitment before God:
"Will you who witness these vows do all in your power to support these persons in their life in Christ?"
"We will."
The Book of Common Prayer, 2019
Our ministry to children ages 0-18 is designed to help fulfill these vows, to love these children with the love of Christ, and build them up in the faith once delivered to the saints.
