Men's Ministry Gathering

All men of Christ Church!

On Wednesday, March 4th at 6:00pm in the Parish Hall, we will have a special Men's Night! Will there be food? Only carbs and meat. Will there be fun? Only if you count competition fun. Will there be brother fellowship? Come and find out. Will there be mutual edification? Let me respond to this last as Jesus does, with another question—will the word of God be read? That is to say, yes.

As a brotherhood of Christian men, the Men's Ministry of Christ Church seeks for us to grow together in godly virtue and increase in joyful holiness; we desire to be men with chests filled with God’s truth. As G.K. Chesterton wrote, “The Christian ideal has not been tried and found wanting. It has been found difficult; and left untried.” Let us, therefore, not leave the ideal untried, but rather let us “stir up one another to love and good works” (Heb 10:24).
