Hearing the Voice of God: One-Day Prayer Intensive

Many faithful, prayerful believers struggle to hear God speak. But is it possible that God is speaking all the time to a world that  just hasn't learned to listen, or to recognize when He is speaking? Is it possible to block our own ability to hear? Is hearing God’s voice something that can be learned as a practical skill in our spiritual toolkits? In this one day, all church workshop, we will work together to develop and build skill in our ability to listen and hear God effectively, through scripture, prayer, and the power of the Holy Spirit. We will talk about concrete ways that God speaks, and how we can increase our ability to hear God’s voice in everyday life. 

Details

There will be a one-day prayer training intensive that is open for all Christ Church congregants (and friends!) on August 1st from 9:00am - 3:00pm followed by a Healing Prayer service at 3:30pm. Lunch will be provided.
