CONNECTING WITH GOD IN EVERYDAY LIFE
Thanks be to thee, my Lord Jesus Christ, for all the pains and insults thou hast borne for me, and all the benefits thou hast given me. O most merciful Redeemer, Friend, and Brother: Grant that I may see thee more clearly, love thee more dearly, and follow thee more nearly, day by day. Amen.

Week 1: Thank the Lord for daily blessings. Ask him for greater awareness of his gifts, and help to give him the praise he is due. (1 Thessalonians 5: 16-18)
Week 2: Pray for peace in the routines of life, for eyes to see the mundane as sacred, and an awareness of our Father's ceaseless presence.
Week 3: Pray for joy in difficult seasons, that God's goodness would overpower sorrow and lighten our darkness. (Lamentations 3:22-23)
Week 4: Pray for strength and resilience for the daily trials we navigate. Pray for greater trust in God's providence. (Isaiah 41:10-13)
