Monthly Prayer Focus:
FOR HOLY THOUGHT O God, without whose beauty and goodness our souls are unfed, without whose truth our reason withers: Consecrate our lives to your will, giving us such purity of heart, such depth of faith, and such steadfastness of purpose, that in time we may come to think your own thoughts after you; through Jesus Christ our Savior. Amen.
Week 1: Pray for openness and willingness to submit to God these forty days of Lent, allowing him to show you what he wants to share with you.
Week 2: Pray for forgiveness and repentance of sins in your life.
Week 3: Pray for protection and encouragement to not grow weary on this journey.
Week 4: Pray for awareness of others needs - pray for a willingness to help others, and open doors to giving alms.
